Designed and milled using CAD/CAM technology, ALIEN Solid Zirconia is a monolithic solid zirconia restoration with no porcelain overlay. ALIEN is an esthetic alternative to PFM metal occlusal/lingual or full-cast restorations. The chip resistant durability of ALIEN ZIRCONIA is ideal for bruxers, implant restorations and areas with limited occlusal space. ALIEN is indicated for crowns, bridges, implants, inlays and onlays. ALIEN has strength of 1600 MPa.
The restoration is then designed and milled full contour with utmost accuracy. There is no porcelain overlay, making them chip-proof. These crowns are milled from solid blocks of zirconia and are sintered at 1580 degrees Celsius. After the 10 hour sintering process, these crowns are near unbreakable. ZirCrowns are designed for strength more than perfect shade match. The ZirCrown is then stained to match any of the classic shades and glazed in porcelain ovens. Designed using state of the art CAD/CAM technology, the 100% Monolithic Zirconia crown offers a great alternative to that of posterior P.F.M or full cast crowns.
